At Velitas & Co, each candle is handmade with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a store credit, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t shipped yet. After that time, we begin processing and cannot guarantee a cancellation.
