At Velitas & Co, each candle is hand-poured with care, and we want to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because each candle is handmade in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand seasons or product launches.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the U.S. using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Local Pickup (if applicable):
If you’re nearby, we offer free local pickup. Select this option at checkout, and we’ll contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your home.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
We take great care in packaging our candles, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right. Velitas & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to assist.
